This place is always good as far as the food goes that they serve but they tend to struggle on the customer service side. I haven't always received the best service. I've bought ice cream and had go wait for them to get to my second cup but the employee pick up the phone and talks for about 5 minutes in between orders and the ice cream is melted by the time I get the order to my table. Can't forget the time when my pastrami was not cooked all the way. Over all a good experience. If it wasn't for the quality of the food I'd say I would go elsewhere.

This was my very first time at a Togo's and will be my last. First of all.. very expensive!! But anyway, I ordered the daily special. Regular Ham and Swiss with a drink for 6.95 plus tax..I ordered extra extra mayo and Togo's style on Italian bread. Get home. Open sandwich.. it's on some kind of multi grain bread.. hardly any mayo ... one lousy piece of cheese, two pickles and one little pepperoncini. What a disappointment..and a rip off.. never again!! I will stick to Subway!!

The older employees were obviously disgruntled with newer younger employee and took it out on my sandwich. Pretzlerami FAIL! It tastes as nasty as it looks. Won't be going back to this location.

If you want to waste your money, I highly recommend. I have been here multiple times and the sandwiches were just eh, and today was the finally straw. The employee was complaining the whole time about her memory sucking and then didn't even put what I asked for on my sandwich, cheese/veggies/condiments. My sandwich was completely dry and to top it off, the bread was soggy.

Took over 15 minutes to make a sandwich with 4 ingredients. Sandwich looked terrible and clearly received a regular sandwich but was charged for a large. It appeared like it was everyone's first day on the job and no one had any idea on what they were doing. Will absolutely not be going back. Parking lot is terrible and almost got hit by two cars just walking into the place!
